StackOverflow has eclipsed ExpertExchange in a short amount of time as the premier Question and Answer site for developers. The quality of the discussions on StackOverflow is superb and a very active and helpful community has quickly grown around them.

The number of projects hosted on GitHub is staggering and the tools for collaboration are really powerful. GitHub lets you dive right into the source and explore some of the most popular and exciting open source projects on the web today.
