Add multiple images in InDesign – Step 1

Step 2

Find your pictures Folder. I am going to select four pictures for my work. Select the first picture then hold shift key on your keyboard and select the last picture and hit Open.

Step 3

As soon as you hit Open, your cursor changes and you see the Paintbrush symbol. You also will see a number on your picture. In my case, you can see number 4 which indicates that I have selected four pictures to place on my document.

Step 4

Now you need to click and drag. While you’re dragging, use your arrow keys on your keyboard to make rows and columns. If you hit up arrow key, it will add rows and if hit down arrow key, it reduces the rows. If you hit right arrow key, it adds columns.  In despite if you hit left arrow key, it reduces the columns.  I hit the up and left arrow keys once. Then release your mouse button. Now you see that four pictures have been replaced in my document.
